I personally love the new one, but the old one owns my heart.
Gizmo humping the bed, and the dance moves.
Plus:
"So screw them if they can't take a joke"?
It seems that censors are out to destroy Cobra songs.
First "designer clothes and designer friends" then "bang bang put 'em up, yeah" and now "so screw them if they can't take a joke"?
STOP!

The "Bang, Bang, put 'em up" continues to confuse me. Why did that need to be censored?
the home made one trumps the "big budget one" fer sure!!!
Green screens, that's where they came up with the amazing dance, AND may I remind you of Gizmo at the ending? Let's face it. The homemade is a party caught on film, and that's what Cobra Starship is. Just one big party band. That's why it works.
And the censoring annoys me too. I can understand the "screw them if they can't take a joke" but the two others in "City is at War" are rediculous. I know what they're thinking. "It will influence kids in a bad way" but come on! Who listens to it? Teenagers who are already using that kind of language on a daily basis. It's not like some little 7 year old is gonna turn on MTV, and for some strange reason they're ACTUALLY playing music, and for some even stanger reason it's Cobra Starship, and then after watching the video their going to go around chanting "designer drugs and desginer friends" or "bang bang shoot 'em up" Besides kids in pre-k do it all the time. It's called playing cowboys and indinans and cops and robbers. Come on people!

I also feel like the message of the video makes it clear that they're not encouraging shooting people. If anything, they're encouraging people to run around throwing pies at each other.

I have no idea.
I mean, television actually SHOWS that stuff happening, but one lyric about it and it must be censored.
Sorry to but in but I was wondering, if the censor people find the need to censor the line "bang bang put 'em up, yeah" why wouldn't they censor "get on your knees if you want to reach the top.." Maybe it's just me but I think of oral sex when that line comes up. Just saying...
Censoring is becoming ridiculous.
As far as my vote goes, I went with the second video but I really do love both.
It's hard to decide for me. I really love the first version because it had that fan-made vid look, Idk. But the second is quite wonderful too, because Mr. Stump is in it. Hah. :)
hard to choose..
the old one made me laugh the whole time, you can tell they're just having fun and all
but the new one's still pretty cool.
hm.
i'll think about it.
vote lateer.
:]
I'm going to vote with none of the info.
But I must say the cheesy 80's threads and DeLorean tug a couple heart string.

I vote we have a million pie march on MTV.
